01What makes a good brief?

Short beats polished. Four honest lines is plenty: the product, a rough target price per unit, roughly how many, and where it ships. No tech pack, no finished design — we fill the gaps on a quick call. The clearer your target price, the faster we can tell you, straight, whether it's realistic.

02What if I don't know my target price yet?

That's fine — most people don't on the first order. Tell us what you'd like to sell it for and we work backwards to a realistic factory price. We'd rather give you a true number now than a flattering one that falls apart in production.

03What happens right after I send my brief?

You hear from a real person — me or my team in Guangzhou — within 24 hours, usually faster. First a few questions to lock the spec, then we tell you honestly whether it's a fit and what the realistic timeline and price look like. No automated funnel, no chasing.

04What does a Sourcing Sprint include?

Three vetted factory profiles — real factories, not Alibaba listings — plus production quotes, factory floor video and sample photos, a landed freight estimate, and a personal Loom walkthrough where I walk through every option and tell you exactly which factory I'd choose and why. The whole Sprint runs 7 days.

05What's your minimum order value?

We work with clients placing $10,000+ production orders. Below that the freight-to-order ratio makes it hard to run a proper sourcing process. We'll be straight with you if your brief isn't the right fit yet.

06Do you actually visit the factories in person?

Yes — that's the whole point. We're based in Guangzhou. We walk factory floors, review samples on site, and talk directly to production managers. No Alibaba listings, no middlemen forwarding emails.

07How long from brief to goods at my door?

The Sprint itself is 7 days. Production typically runs 20–35 days after you confirm a factory, and freight adds 15–25 days. Most clients have goods in hand 45–65 days after the Sprint lands.

08Will you promise the lowest price or the fastest timeline?

No — and be careful with anyone who does. We quote real factory prices and realistic timelines, then beat them where we honestly can. We'd rather under-promise and ship on time than sell you a number that falls apart in production.
